Bob Custer

Bob is the agency director of Downsize Farm, Inc. which provides support services to disabled individuals, seeking to enrich the quality of lives of clients from its rural setting near Woodstock, Ohio. Bob's heart to serve people with disabilities has been shaped by experiences as a parent, pastor, social services worker, and foster care provider. (II Cor 9:10)

Midge Custer

Midge is the program director at Downsize Farm, Inc. Her background as a parent and care provider for three special needs kids provides her with understanding that guides her work. She has a deep appreciation for the unique needs of familis impacted by developmental disabilities.

Champaign County Board of Development Disabilities

Seed and Sower Resources, Inc. has partnered with the Champaign County Board of Developmental Disabilities to provide a access ramps for a two different families that needed extra support. The first project was fully funded by Seed and Sower Resources, Inc. in the amount of $3,000. For the second project, Seed and Sower Resources, Inc. was one of the funding sources for this project contributing an amount of $1,000. See more details on the project tabs.
