If you share our burden of helping adults with disabilities find meaningful and productive employment, Seed and Sower Resources, Inc. will fund short term internships. In some cases, the interns may be a great fit for your business and they could become productive employees following their internship training. On other occassions, the interns may not be the best fit for your business, however, the skills and confidence that they develop might easily transfer into another employment opportunity.
